The Kothari Group was established in Canada in 1996 with a focus in real estate related investments including mortgage financing, hotel development, and residential multi-storey construction.
Our residential division delivers product with the highest quality standards and has built several hundred condominium and apartment units in Winnipeg, along with a substantial pipeline. The hotel group works with international brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt to develop and manage hotels across Canada. Mercury Mortgages, our mortgage division, has provided more than $450 million in loans to real estate investors, developers, and home owners that cannot qualify with traditional lenders.
The group continues to look to grow through strategic investments in real estate and financing throughout Canada.
